The main reason is to inform you that we facilitate and help you to sell, buy, or rent, your residential property to optimise your return in investment (ROI). Goldworth (Pte) Ltd is a CEA licensed real estate agency company.

Is there a significance in the name GOLDWORTH?

Yes. When I conceived the name Goldworth in 1994 I had in mind that Gold is synonymous with precious metal ie something valuable. My clients ask me why do you name your company Goldworth, and my straight answer is that in our company “we provide services of value worth its weight in gold”

Do you have a purpose in life and if so what is your purpose in life?

Yes I have a purpose in life. My purpose in life is to help others to achieve in what they do. It is profound and succinct and I have been living my purpose in life for many years, always looking forward to contribute and share knowledge skills and experiences to my friends, colleagues, superiors, and subordinates.

In the last four decades I have participated in various social activities, events, and functions in my employment career, public speaking, adult education, real estate coaching, etc. with the aim to help friends, colleagues, and others to excel in what they do. In 2014 I consolidated the ideas, principles, and philosophies of three great gurus viz. BuckMinster Fuller, Edwards Deming, and Paul J Meyer and published my book called “GetSmart Productivity System” which aims to provide the essentials to help others to excel in what they do.
